Akinola Ogundimu

Akinola leads with vision and precision, drawing from more than 15 years of multinational finance experience to guide our firm's strategy and impact. He has held CFO roles across East & Central Africa at ExxonMobil, British American Tobacco, and Kimberly-Clark, where he spearheaded financial transformation, strengthened governance frameworks, and drove enterprise growth. Known for blending deep technical expertise with pragmatic leadership, Akinola delivers results through tax strategy, ERP implementations, and comprehensive risk management.

His areas of expertise span corporate and strategic finance, regulatory compliance, tax advisory, and digital transformation. He has advised on mergers and acquisitions, guided valuation and transaction structuring, and led post-merger integration efforts. Akinola is also deeply versed in governance protocols, audit processes, and financial reporting under IFRS and GAAP standards.

He holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, along with a B.Sc. in Marketing from Lagos State University and an HND in Accounting from Lagos State Polytechnic. Akinola is a Chartered Accountant certified by both ACCA and ACA, and he is also a PRINCE2 Certified Project Manager.
